The service was outstanding, Billy and another server who came to tap him out were so nice (sorry I forgot to ask his name ) one thing we really like about this place is they turned on Japanese music we love the atmosphere there, very friendly and welcoming.

If you want over price shabu then this is the place. I'd say tho that their service is good, but seating was a bit weird when I went. Like we have some people sitting inside the counter and not just around it. Small portion for the price. Foods were mid. So unless you are celebrating special occasions and want to a fancy shabu then go ahead. If not i'd not recommend this place. It was really pricy

This is in my top 5 best meals ever. Everything about my experience here was incredible. Since we arrived before the dinner hour, the restaurant was completely empty and that was really nice. We were seated straight away. Our server was very friendly and had a relaxed vibe. Our table consisted of two cooking surfaces, two comfy tall chairs and a divider for our own little space. It had a nice intimate feel. We had Seiro Mushi with Ribeye and then Yellowtail Serrano & Yuzu Salmon. We also ordered Tuna Poke, and I had a hot green tea. The meat was tender and delicious, the chili garlic sauce is my new favorite, and that may have been the best hot green tea I've ever had. The fish tasted perfect and I cannot stress enough just how delicious this meal was. Also worth noting that the music (Japanese hip hop/r&b) added a very chill ambiance to the experience. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone, and they have many other options beyond what we had but most importantly the quality and taste was amazing.

This place has amazing food and amazing service me and my family had karrage the ginger pork the oden the hiyashi set and more and the good was amazing. Although the hiyashi set came later it was by no means unreasonable and they gave us a ten percent discount. If youre visiting Las Vegas be sure to visit here.

Service is some of the best I have seen. And far as the food goes. It will really hard to mess it up. Shabu is you cook your food. And there is not much room for error. The broth is Simple and the meat is meat This place is like a second home to me so I Am trying to write an unbiased review Let's go over things that are possibly wrong here Meat sometimes could be too frozen It makes makes maybe a 3-5% impact of the food Last few times they were out of goma sauce The rice a couple times have become plastic like. Which means is not that fresh All these things are minor and hold Little bearing to the overall quality quality of the restaurant Also it's not good for parties of more than 4 people. Only if everyone is ordering shabu.

I found this place online, Chanko Shabu & Izakaya. It was delicious! Food: It's not AYCE. However, their special Mt Fuji comes with so much quality food. This was a beef hotpot, with mixed veggies on the side. The beef, nice and thin-a little fatty, though. You can see on the menu the sides it comes with. The hamachi had nice thick slices. The sauces, miso, and ponzu were great. Usually, the flavor of the sauces will tell you how good the food is-if you know, you know!! Ambiance: We were there a little later in the evening, I like the partition seating. We will go back on the weekend when there's Taiko entertainment. Service: Go there to see Billy and staff. He was super attentive, with great service and recommendations. Later, I found out he was previously a steakhouse restaurant manager!! We will definitely go back. Everything was great, even the $ .

My husband and I try to come to this restaurant every time we visit Vegas because the food is authentic and the servers are amazing. Billy helped us with our order when we visited recently which was a new special combo menu and I have only good things to say about it. The amount of food and its quality were exceptional. It was a lot of food compared to the price. We can't wait to come back!
